New York City Food Festival

As part of the Qatar-USA 2021 Year of Culture, the Years of Culture team participated in an incredible food festival in New York City, showcasing the talents of the world’s most renowned chefs and culinary personalities.
Festival-goers were served traditional Qatari sweets, including bite-sized versions of Agili and Date cake, as well as warming Qawah or Karak Chai.
New York City Food Festival is the biggest event of its kind in the city, with over 65 events across four days each year, from walk-around tastings to chef dinners, culinary demonstrations and more.
Welcoming over 5,500 visitors and benefitting several non-profit organisations, the festival was a great success.
