This event celebrated Qatari authors and publishers, at the VDNKh in Moscow during the Qatar-Russia 2018 Year of Culture.
Visitors were able to get to know a range of contemporary writers and publishers from Qatar, acquire literary works by local contemporary writers and take part in a panel discussion run by representatives from the key publishing houses of Qatar.
«Qetaf» and «The city of mirrors», two Qatari books from the new wave were presented and visitors got to meet author Olga Chetverikova, whose book was translated into Arabic by Lusail Publishing House.
Later, during a panel discussion about the contemporary literature of Qatar discussed the experiences of local printing business and the future of the industry.
