Award-winning production ‘Ticket to Bollywood’ was staged for esteemed guests at the Katara Opera House to mark the beginning of the Qatar-India 2019 Year of Culture.
Ticket To Bollywood - An Indian Bioscope brought the colours and music of India to life in a spectacular way, paying tribute to the biggest film industry in the world.
Directed by award-winning director Shubhra Bhardwaj and choreographed by Pravarsen Yesambare, the hour-long extravaganza presented the music, cinema and traditions of Indian culture across different genres, regions and eras.
The event was attended by Qatar Museums (QM) Acting CEO Ahmad al Namla, Indian Ambassador to Qatar HE P Kumaran, other ambassadors and esteemed guests.
