Food Sharing with Guillaume Sanchez

During the Qatar-France 2020 Year of Culture, French Michelin Star chef and influencer Guillaume Sanchez participated in an exciting food sharing initiative, twisting two traditional Qatari recipes with his own creative flair.

Guillaume created a delicious main course and a dessert in the kitchen of his own restaurant NE/SO in Paris, sharing the process with Qatari and French visitors through an immersive IGTV video format.
