Argentina Storytime - Manuelita, Where Are You Going?

Qatar National Library will offer a storytelling and creative workshop inspired by María Elena Walsh, the beloved Argentinian author of children’s stories and poems. The event will explore her classic book Canciones para Mirar and the popular story Manuelita, Where Are You Going?

Children will experience the magic of stories and characters through a short poem that sparks curiosity and a love for Spanish literature. The workshop includes making a character passport, where kids can add stamps representing the places the character visited as well as their own home countries.

The workshop is for families and children from 5 to 7 years old, and will be held in Spanish with interpretation in Arabic and English. A fun and engaging way to explore Spanish language, music and storytelling!
