Esteemed Qatari Chef Noof Almarri, entrepreneur and owner of the Desert Rose café at the National Museum of Qatar embarked on a culinary journey to Indonesia, where she encountered renowned local food heroes and learned about Indonesian cuisine in a meaningful cultural exchange focusing on the traditional flavours of Qatar and Indonesia.
