The Institute for the blind in Qatar (Al Noor) built bridges between organisations and families to change perceptions of blind citizens in Qatar.

Al Noor also held an event to encourage teachers to include new art forms in their practice (such as sensory activities), enabling students to develop a wider range of skills.
