During the Qatar-Indonesia 2023 Year of Culture, three photographers embarked on a journey to capture the fading traditions of both cultures.  The results of their trip will be on display as part of the “Capturing Echoes: A Photographic Journey” exhibition at the Cemara 6 Gallery in Jakarta, Indonesia.

The exhibition will feature the work of photographers Reem Albader from Qatar and Kafin Noe’man and Gevi Noviyanti from Indonesia. Celebrated Qatari photographer Khalifa al-Obaidly provided mentorship during the exchange.
