Qatar International Food Festival: Brazil Zone

Museum of Islamic Art Park, Doha

During the Qatar-Brazil Year of Culture in 2014, visitors experienced the best of Brazilian and Qatari cuisine and culture at the Qatar International Food Festival (QIFF) at Museum of Islamic Art (MIA) Park.

More than 120,000 visitors attended the fifth annual Qatar International Food Festival (QIFF) which had 55 food stalls, live cooking demonstrations and family-friendly entertainment featuring break dancers Pizzaioli, Delicious Food Comic Korean Chefs Nan-ta and the Chefs’ Parade.

TV Chef Ramzi Choueiri, renowned Qatari chef Aisha Al-Tamimi and Brazilian chefs Marcelo Petrarca from Brasilia and Daniela Martins Rodriguez from Para entertained audiences with their culinary skills.

Some of the unique dining experiences on offer included Dinner in the Sky, the BBQ Donut and Dinner on a Dhow.
